The Dominican Foundation has been developed to improve the lives of Dominicans by improving their access to health and education. The Dominican Foundation supports programs that promote self-help – helping others help themselves. We are against any approach that treats the poor as being unable to manage their own lives. Our dream is that one day the average Dominican has access to clean water, adequate sanitation, basic health care and a decent education. This dream guides our vision and defines our purpose.
