Great Dominican Painter, was born in Monte Cristi in 1931 and died in 1995. His paintings were characterized by the colors green, blue, gray and red. He was an excellent portraitist and sailor, being this style what led him to international fame. He participated in a large number of solo and group exhibitions both nationally and internationally, and his works are in the hands of museums and collectors from around the world.
