A one of its kind Art workshop, composed of some cabinetmakers managed by Georges Thevenet, a Franco-Dominican artist (who lived for 26 years in France and has been living in the Dominican Republic for 26 years) trained as an architect and driven by the preservation and revaluation of a usually ignored and depreciated heritage (butstill very present visually as well as in the culture of the island), using the 3R logic to create Art Furniture from wooden scrap and waste originating from the last century’s old Dominican houses.
