Sporting spectacle, that each year brings together the greatest figures, both national and international, who compete for the crown of Master of the Ocean, the athlete with the best performance in the three categories of Surfing, Windsurfing, and Kitesurfing. It deals with a true triathlon on the waves, where participants are totally committed to pulling off tricks and acrobatic jumps on their boards. This event takes place in Cabarete, Dominican Republic.

Pauhana surf school is an interactive center for people of all ages to come and experience the delight of surfing. Here we offer a friendly local service done by the local surfers in the area. We express the fun and appreciation shown for this encounter of man and nature. Located in one of the most famous beach in the Caribbean, Encuentro Beach, in the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, between Sosua and Cabarete.

The Vela Windsurf Center Cabarete has everything you would want from a leading windsurfing resort. The center itself is perfectly situated in the middle of Cabarete Bay, directly between the two reefs and 30m from the water’s edge, where there is only ever a small shore break.
