The essential function of the Public Ministry is to ensure the prosecution and punishment of antisocial behavior. The Prosecutor's Office is responsible for investigating crimes, rate processes and accused to the competent court or tribunal against the suspects of criminal law, either officially or by complaint. The official investigation is conducted by State's own initiative and research challenge when a third victim of a crime and files a complaint with any of the authorities.
