Participan además mas de 35 restaurantes, dos Asociaciones que agrupan los Restaurantes Gourmet y de Comida Rápida, como también un capitulo de Miembros Aliados conformado por mas de 190 empresas afines que suministran bienes y servicios a los establecimientos hoteleros y gastronómicos.
