The origin of De Leon Cigars is in Punta Cana, on the Eastern side of the Dominican Republic. The manufactory was founded in 2001, by its owners Ruth De Leon and her husband Sylvio Buchschatz. The Philosophy of De Leon is to produce the best quality of cigars, in order to satisfy a very selected circle of costumers. With a small production per year, De Leon is the perfect example of fine Boutique cigars.

Rubirosa cigars are result of hand exclusive choices of the best tobacco leaves, produced in the most fertile lowlands located in the Cibao region in the Dominican Republic.
